Loody Privacy Policy

Data Loody accesses

Loody may process messages and attachments received through Hugo's connected WhatsApp and Telegram accounts. With Hugo's permission, Loody uses Google Drive access limited to files and folders that Loody creates or that Hugo explicitly opens with Loody.

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to create, update, retrieve, and organize Hugo's private Obsidian notes and related files. Loody does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training public AI models.

Sharing and sale

Loody does not sell Google user data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service, such as Google Cloud, Notion, and the selected AI model provider, and only for the requested feature.

Storage and security

Credentials are kept in Google Secret Manager. Operational records are stored in private Google Cloud resources, while WhatsApp session data remains on a private virtual machine volume. Access is restricted to Hugo and the Loody service.

Retention and deletion

Raw message text is retained for 30 days. Temporary media is deleted automatically after 7 days. Curated summaries, tasks, and knowledge notes remain until Hugo deletes them. Hugo may revoke Google access from Google Account settings and request deletion of Loody-managed data at any time.
